Common problems and troubleshooting
Move the browser fully onto the target display, reset zoom and record operating-system scaling. Repeat after changing resolution or scaling so a CSS value is not mistaken for the monitor’s advertised pixel matrix.
- Repeat the same observation. Focus the test surface and repeat “Screen and available dimensions” three times under the same conditions.
- Change one condition. Compare “Viewport size” after changing only the relevant port, connection, browser setting or application.
